Geo ArtGarden

Conceptual project

What is included?
  • Pre-project work
    • Presence of a specialist on the land area (Offline in Georgia, Online video communication worldwide)
    • Design consultation
    • Identification of features and problem areas of the land area (flooded areas, areas with uneven terrain, areas in the forest, etc.)
    • Determination of the volume and sequence of design work
    • Photo fixation
    • Identification of the most effective views and promising locations, selection of garden style
  • Land area measurements
Topographic survey is same by the separate specialist, it is necessary for transferring the boundaries of the area and all existing paths, trees, etc. onto paper. Without it, it is impossible to create a design project.

By analogy with how you order a kitchen set for an apartment. When you need to know the exact size of the wall on which it will stand. So in the landscape, in order to think through all the buildings, paths and plants, you need to know the exact size of the land area and the location of the elements already existing on it (houses, trees, etc.).

Important! Topographical survey is not included in the package price!

Topographic survey example
  • Creating a sketch of the layout solution
(the placement of everything that is on the sketch is indicated strictly in accordance with the actual dimensions of the area). You can check any size with a ruler.
For example: you measured the width of the path with a ruler - 1 cm, this means that on the site this path will correspond to a width of 1 meter (scale is 1:100).

There may be several sketches so that the client can choose the best option for himself.

The final drawing is also drawn to scale. The number of sketch options depends on the complexity of the site and its features (whether there are buildings or not, taking into account the client’s wishes, and so on)

An example of a sketch

Examples of sketches for one non-standard shaped area.
First, sketches are drawn by hand and transferred to the AutoCAD program, followed by a presentation to a client. At this stage, the main adjustments are made to the sketch. After the sketch is approved -> 3D visualization is created (photo and video).

Important!
You can make final sketch adjustments in AutoCAD.
A 3D format sketch (photo and video) after significant adjustments(change in the location of paths, buildings, ponds, etc.) cannot be corrected.
That sketch will be considered new, and 3D visualization is paid separately (by the client's request).
