• Vertical layout project

Plan objectives:

1. Adapt the existing elevation differences for the comfortable use of this land area (build a house, build convenient paths, plant plants);
2. Rid the area of puddles by creating new slopes and diverting water to new areas of the land area;
3. Place the necessary retaining walls and stairs, calculating their height and complexity.

• Layout drawings

It is necessary for transferring the designed layout to the area. Without it, it is impossible to make, for example, a pond of the shape that we conceived in the project or to lay a path in the direction that is drawn in the project.

• Drainage and storm sewer scheme

Necessary only for flooded areas (where there are puddles and groundwater is close)
We think through all the drainage systems and the scheme of how it will be implemented on the land area in order to effectively get rid of the problem once and for all. A step-by-step plan for laying out all the systems is attached to this drawing.

• Coverage plan

What material should be used to cover the paths on the area, how much of this material is needed and a step-by-step algorithm, how to pave a path/parking lot, how much and what materials are needed for its foundation.

• Dendro project

A plan of the exact placement of plants on the area, which shows each plant selected in this project. This plan includes a list of plantings, according to which all these plants can be purchased in the nursery, as well as calculate their cost.

• Planting layout

It is designed to place plants exactly in the places that were planned in the dendro project.

• Plant Care Recommendations

What to do with plants if you do not contact the Red Care Service (how and when to water, fertilize, etc.).

• Lighting plan

We design a plan for lamps that illuminate paths, decorative lighting to further decorate plants, water lighting for ponds and streams, built-in lighting for retaining walls, spotlights for local lighting of important areas.
We select lamps that are suitable for the land area in terms of design and power for different budgets.

• Master plan of the land area

The main construction document. Reflects the general idea, layout and composition of plantings, organization of roads, sites, placement of structures, water bodies, etc. Includes symbols, explication and balance of areas.
